Ingredients:

Coconut oil – Natural anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties
Corn Starch – Absorbs moisture
Sodium Bicarbonate - Neutralises odour by creating an environment where odour causing bacteria cannot thrive in
Magnesium Hydroxide – Absorbs moisture and combats odour causing bacteria
Beeswax – Combines all the ingredients in a perfect consistency, whilst protecting your skin.
Natural Essential Oils – Orange Sweet, Vanilla, Lemongrass, Lime, Bergamot and Ylang Ylang.

Shipping and Delivery

We value your order and take care to ship all orders, within one working day of receiving online orders.

How will delivery work?

We make use of The Courier Guy’s Pudo service. We have found Pudo to be cost-effective and reliable. Customers can choose between delivery to a Pudo locker of their choice or to their door.

Delivery to a locker:

Using a locker is a safe option as a code will be sent to you via SMS with which you can unlock your locker. Once you have received your unlock code you will have 36 hours to collect your package from the locker. If you do not collect in the 36 hour time period your package will be returned to sender.

Delivery to your door:

If you choose delivery to your work or home, please ensure that there will be someone available to accept your package at any time. Anyone can accept your delivery on your behalf.

How long will it take?

Delivery times will depend on where you delivery are located.
Main city deliveries will take between 1-5 working days.
Remote area deliveries will take between 1 – 7 working days.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00.
No deliveries will be made over weekends and public holidays.

Disclaimer

Unforeseen circumstances, such as, adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the estimated delivery times. This is rare but may happen.

A delivery that has taken longer than the estimated time does not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation of an order.
In the unlikely event that your order was delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us at orders@backtobasicsdeo.co.za with your order number so that we can follow up with the courier.
